Information for Appraisers (current thru 11/23/09)
1. Town & Country Village was built in 4 phases and completed in 1985.
2. Total number of units is 501.
3. There are currently no Special Assessments.
4. As far as monthly dues, please see chart on front page titled "Address List w/Current Dues and Square Footage". Addresses are listed alpha-numerically.
5. Parking Spaces - Currently, I don't know a specific number of parking spaces. Depending on the unit you are appraising, I can give you a general idea.
a) If the dues on the unit you are appraising is $188, they have 1 reserved parking space.
b) If the dues are $193, they have a driveway/parking pad w/2 spaces for their private use.
c) If the dues are $221, they have 2 driveways with 2 separate garages for their private use.
d) If the dues are $226, they have a double driveway with a double car garage from their private use.
6. As of 11/23/09, there are 31% renter-occupied and 69% owner-occupied units.
7. There are no conversion units or no multi-family units.
8. There are no leased common elements, either to or from the HOA.
