The Board of Directors is made up of a minimum of five people
who are owners of property at Town & Country.
This is an entirely volunteer position!!!
The people who serve on the Board of Directors
are NOT paid
for their service as members of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors is governed by the Declarations and Bylaws of Town & Country Village.
The Declarations and Bylaws were established by the builder of Town & Country.

Snow Removal
Trash Removal
Swimming Pool
Insurance
Building Maintenance
Water
Accounting
Legal Issues
and More
Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month
at the Parker Senior Center
at 7:00 P.M.
